Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Pantoh application or any of our services operated by CookingSocial, LLC. By accessing or using Pantoh, you confirm that you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pantoh.
By creating an account or using the Pantoh application, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 13 years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and (c) you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Pantoh is a recipe sharing and social cooking community platform operated by CookingSocial, LLC. Our services allow users to create, import, customize, organize, and share recipes; connect with other home cooks and culinary creators; discover global food content; and manage personal dietary preferences and cookbooks — all within a community-centered mobile experience on iOS and Android.
You retain full ownership of the recipes, photos, and other content you create and post on Pantoh (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant CookingSocial, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, distribute, store, and promote your content within the Pantoh platform for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
You agree not to post User Content that:
When importing recipes from third-party websites using Pantoh's import feature, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to do so. Pantoh preserves original creator attribution where possible, but is not liable for content imported from external sources.

The Pantoh name, logo, app design, branding elements, and all content created by CookingSocial, LLC are the exclusive intellectual property of CookingSocial, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. None of this may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any manner without our express written permission.
Participation in the Pantoh Creator Program is subject to additional terms that will be provided upon acceptance into the program. CookingSocial, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Creator Program at any time with reasonable notice to active participants.
Pantoh offers optional premium features (“Pantoh Premium”) available by subscription. Premium subscription terms, pricing, billing, and cancellation policies are disclosed at the point of purchase within the app. Core app functionality remains free. All purchases are processed through the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective terms.
Pantoh is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. CookingSocial, LLC does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Dietary and nutritional information provided through the Personal Sous Chef feature is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CookingSocial, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Pantoh services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CookingSocial, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Pantoh, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, conduct we deem harmful to the Pantoh community, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@pantoh.app or using the Delete My Data form.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Pantoh shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New York State.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Pantoh app at least 14 days in advance of the change taking effect. Your continued use of Pantoh after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
