- 1.25 cupWhole Milk
- 0.5 cupgranulated sugar
- 13.25 ounceUbe Mochi Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 5 tbspSalted Butter
- 2 pcsLarge Eggs
- 1 cupwater

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Use a large bowl and add the Ube Mochi Pancake Mix, 2 Large Eggs, 5 Tablespoons Melted Salted Butter, 1¼ Cup Milk, 1 Cup Water, ½ Cup Sugar, ½ Teaspoon Ube Flavoring – stir well with a whisk until the batter is smooth.

Pour into an 8×8 inch pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350°F for 60-70 minutes or until the top & edges are golden brown. Let it cool to room temp before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
