Ingredients
- 2 cupscooked brown rice
- 1 cupcollard greens, chopped
- 0.5 pieceonion, sliced
- 3 clovesgarlic, minced
- 1 cupmushrooms, sliced
- 0.5 cupcrumbled firm tofu
- 0.5 piecered bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cupcooked broccoli
- 1 tbspHoisin sauce
- 2 tbspTamari sauce (soy sauce)
- 1 tbspHijiki seaweed
- 1.5 tbspsesame oil
Instructions

Heat wok with sesame oil. Sauté onions,garlic and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Then add the collard greens, red pepper, and broccoli, and tofu. Continue cooking for 5-7 minutes. Then add the soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Cook for 5 minutes. Lastly add the seaweed and serve.
