Ingredients

  • 2 cupscooked brown rice
  • 1 cupcollard greens, chopped
  • 0.5 pieceonion, sliced
  • 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1 cupmushrooms, sliced
  • 0.5 cupcrumbled firm tofu
  • 0.5 piecered bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cupcooked broccoli
  • 1 tbspHoisin sauce
  • 2 tbspTamari sauce (soy sauce)
  • 1 tbspHijiki seaweed
  • 1.5 tbspsesame oil

Instructions

    Heat wok with sesame oil. Sauté onions,garlic and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Then add the collard greens, red pepper, and broccoli, and tofu. Continue cooking for 5-7 minutes. Then add the soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Cook for 5 minutes. Lastly add the seaweed and serve.
