Ingredients

  • 2 cupwhole almonds
  • 2 tbspchia seeds
  • 0.25 cupcoconut oil
  • 1egg
  • 3 tbspfreshly grated ginger
  • 2 tbspcinnamon powder
  • 0.5 tspnutmeg
  • 6 tbspStevia equivalent to 6 Tablespoons of sugar
  • 0Dash of salt

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350F (175C).

    Food process or blend the whole almonds with the chia seeds.

    Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

    Form small cookies with your hands and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

    Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
