Ingredients

  • 15 ozGarbanzo Beans (can), drained and rinsed
  • 10 cloveroasted garlic
  • 0.25 cupolive oil
  • 0.25 cupTahini
  • 0.5 teaspoonsalt
  • teaspooncayenne pepper
  • 1 pcslemon, juiced
  • 0.25 cupwater

Instructions

    In a food processor combine garbanzo beans, roasted garlic and oil, tahini, salt, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and water. Pulse until smooth.

    Place in a re-sealable container and refrigerate until cold.

    Serve with pita’s, fresh veggies or as a condiment.
