Ingredients
- 15 ozGarbanzo Beans (can), drained and rinsed
- 10 cloveroasted garlic
- 0.25 cupolive oil
- 0.25 cupTahini
- 0.5 teaspoonsalt
- ⅛ teaspooncayenne pepper
- 1 pcslemon, juiced
- 0.25 cupwater

In a food processor combine garbanzo beans, roasted garlic and oil, tahini, salt, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and water. Pulse until smooth.

Place in a re-sealable container and refrigerate until cold.

Serve with pita’s, fresh veggies or as a condiment.
