Ingredients

1passion fruit, seeds and juice only
1.5 ozsimple syrup
1.5 ozfreshly squeezed lime juice
2.5 ozreposado tequila
1lime slice, for garnish

Instructions

Add a handful of ice to a lowball glass and set aside.

In a cocktail shaker add the entire inside of one whole passion fruit. Add the simple syrup. Using a muddler, muddle the mixture till blended.

Add the lime juice and tequila. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. Double strain into the prepared glass, garnish with a lime slice and serve.
