Ingredients
- 8 tablespoonsunsalted butter
- 4 tablespoonsfresh basil leaves
- 1 clovegarlic, grated
- 1 piecezest of a whole lemon
- 2 cupsorzo pasta cooked in boiling salted water to al dente
- 0.5 cupcherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.5 cupbell peppers cut into strips
- 0.5 cupassorted olives - preferably pitted under oil
- 0.5 cupparsley chopped
- 1 cuparugula salad
Instructions

Put all the basil butter ingredients in the food processor. Pulse until everything is blended. The basil should be well chopped and evenly mixed into the butter.

Toss the cooked orzo with ½ to ¾ of the basil butter, depending on how buttery you like it. Add the remaining ingredients and garnish with arugula.

Serve hot or room temperature.
