Ingredients
- ⅓cucumber, diced small
- 0.5 smallavocado, diced small
- 1 teaspoonlemon juice
- 1 can(4-6 oz or 100-150 g) of tuna
- 1Tablespoon Paleo mayo (use olive oil for AIP)
- 1Tablespoon mustard (omit for AIP)
- 0Salt to taste
- 0Salad greens (optional)
- 0Black pepper to taste (omit for AIP)
Instructions

Mix together the diced cucumber and avocado with the lemon juice.

Flake the tuna and mix well with the mayo and mustard.

Add the tuna to the avocado and cucumber. Add salt to taste.

Prepare the salad greens (optional: add olive oil and lemon juice to taste).
