Ingredients
- 3 pcseggs
- 0.5 cuphoney
- 1 cupSelf-rising Flour
- 1 pinchFine Sea Salt
- 0.5 tbspWater
- 2 pcsEgg White
- 0.5 cupIcing Sugar
- 3 teaspoonDark Cocoa Powder
- 1 cupDesiccated Coconut

Separate the eggs. Beat whites with honey until stiff, gently mix in the beaten yolks and water. Gently fold in the sifted flour and salt.

Pour batter into well greased lamington tins and bake 350 F for 30 minutes until center springs bake to touch. Allow to cool then cut into squares 2" x 2".

Icing: Beat egg whites until stiff, fold in the sifted icing sugar and cocoa.

Coat cake squares with icing and roll in coconut.
