Ingredients

  • 4 poundBeef Roast
  • 2 pcsYellow Onion
  • 2 pcsGarlic Cloves
  • 1 stalksCelery
  • 2 ozBacon, cured
  • 2 cupall purpose flour

Instructions

    Process into a paste one of the onions, garlic, celery, and bacon. Flour the roast. Rub roast with the paste.

    Slice other onion; place in bottom of pot. Set roast on the onion. Cover and cook (crock pot) on LOW for 10 to 12 hours.
