Ingredients
- 4 piecesbig potatoes
- 1 cupregular cottage cheese
- 2 clovegarlic
- 1 teaspoonMontreal steak seasoning
- 0.5 cupevaporated milk
Instructions

Boil the potatoes until soft, drain and whip or mash.

Blend cottage cheese and evaporated milk

Add crushed garlic and seasoning

Add cottage cheese mixture to the potatoes and stir.

Garnish with parsley if desired.
