Ingredients

  • 2 cupDiced Ham
  • 28 ounceFrozen Broccoli
  • 8 ozCream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 cupPlain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
  • 0.5 cupRegular Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoonGarlic Salt
  • 1 teaspoonOnion Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoonBasil, dried
  • 0.5 teaspoonGround Paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoonRosemary, dried
  • 0.25 teaspoonDried Thyme
  • 1 cupShredded Cheese
  • 1 cupCrushed Pork Rinds (Optional)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except shredded cheese and pork rinds.

    Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 glass pan.

    Top with shredded cheese and pork rinds (if using).

    Bake, uncovered for 45-60 minutes, or until casserole is bubbling and cheese is beginning to brown on top.
