Ingredients

  • 0.63 cupBisquick
  • 0.63 cupCoconut Flakes, Unsweetened
  • 0.5 teaspoonGround Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoonFine Sea Salt
  • 0.5 cupSweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 tbspDijon Mustard
  • 4 pieceChicken breast, boneless skinless
  • 0.25 cupUnsalted Butter
  • 1 pcsLime, Cut into Wedges

Instructions

    Mix Bisquick, coconut, paprika, and salt; set side.

    Mix milk and mustard. Dip chicken in milk mixture; coat with coconut mixture.

    Place in ungreased rectangular pan - 13 x 9 x 2 inches; drizzle with butter.

    Bake until done, 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with lime wedges. Serves 4.
