
Chicken Scallop Wanton Noodle Soup
The broth is tasty and warm. The noodles is soft and yummy. It is such a delight to eat a bowl of noodles when youre hungry and tired. Ingredients
- 7⅛ ozChicken, ground
- 1.75 ozScallop, chopped
- 1 teaspoonSoy Sauce
- 1 teaspoonShaoxing Rice Wine
- 0.5 teaspoonground White pepper
- 0.5 teaspoongranulated sugar
- 1 tbspCornstarch
- 0.5 teaspoontoasted sesame oil
- 1.5 tbspFish Paste
- 1 packageBan Mian noodles or any type of noodles that you like
- 1 packageFried Kikiam or anything you like..it could be fish balls, chicken balls or
- 2 packageWonton Wrappers
Instructions

In a bowl, put ground chicken and chopped scallop.

Add the ff. soy sauce, rice wine, ground white pepper, sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil and fish paste.

Mix them well and set aside in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, you can now make your wanton by putting the wrapper at the center of your palm then put a tsp of chicken mixture at the center and fold it by just pressing the sides of the wrapper.

Use a little water or damp your fingers with water then press the wrapper.

Don't worry how it looks cause wanton are supposed to be like that.

Now prepare your broth, once it boils, turn the heat to simmering mode.

Drop wanton one at a time.Once you see them floats then take them out of the broth and set aside.

Add in fried kikiam of pork balls, chicken balls or fish balls.(.whatever you like)

After 5 minutes, put back again the wanton and this time add Ban Mian Noodles.

Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

Garnish with shredded seaweed or fried scallops or chopped spring onion.
