Ingredients
- 2 poundsskin-off pork belly, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1.25 cupswater
- 2 tablespoonsHEYDOH Silky Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoonswhite sugar
- 3garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 0.5 cupfried shallots
- 0.5 cupHEYDOH Classic Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoonsTaiwanese or Shaoxing rice wine
- cooked white rice, for serving

In a medium pot or Dutch oven, combine the pork belly, water, shallots, Classic Soy Sauce, Silky Soy Sauce, sugar, rice wine, and garlic. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and simmer on low heat until the pork is tender and glistening, about 2 hours.
