Ingredients
- 0.5 cupsoy sauce
- 0.25 cupcanola oil
- 3 tbspthinly sliced green onions
- 2 tbsplemon juice
- 2 tbsphoney
- 1 tbspsesame seeds
- 0.25 teaspoongarlic powder
- 1 teaspoonminced garlic
- 3 pounds(3 lb.) lean boneless beef top round or sirlo
- 2 piecesgreen peppers (seeded and each cut in sixteen 1 ½ inch chunks)
- 2 piecesred peppers (same as above)
- 16 piecesmushrooms
- 4 piecesonions, cut in chunks
- 8 pieces(12 inch) metal skewers

Mix first 8ingredients in a large bowl to make the marinade. Add beef; cover and marinate in refrigerator at least overnight or up to 8 hours, stirring several times. Drain beef; reserve marinade for basting.

Alternately thread beef, vegetables on each skewer. Grill or broil 4 inches from heat source, turning and brushing with reserved marinade until vegetables are tender and beef in cooked to desired doneness, about 8 minutes for medium.
