Ingredients

  • 0.5 cupsoy sauce
  • 0.25 cupcanola oil
  • 3 tbspthinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 1 tbspsesame seeds
  • 0.25 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1 teaspoonminced garlic
  • 3 pounds(3 lb.) lean boneless beef top round or sirlo
  • 2 piecesgreen peppers (seeded and each cut in sixteen 1 ½ inch chunks)
  • 2 piecesred peppers (same as above)
  • 16 piecesmushrooms
  • 4 piecesonions, cut in chunks
  • 8 pieces(12 inch) metal skewers

Instructions

    Mix first 8ingredients in a large bowl to make the marinade. Add beef; cover and marinate in refrigerator at least overnight or up to 8 hours, stirring several times. Drain beef; reserve marinade for basting.

    Alternately thread beef, vegetables on each skewer. Grill or broil 4 inches from heat source, turning and brushing with reserved marinade until vegetables are tender and beef in cooked to desired doneness, about 8 minutes for medium.
