Ingredients

  • 1 pcseggs
  • 3 tbspHeavy Cream
  • 1 tbspSalmon Fillet, chopped
  • 1 tbspGrated Cheddar Cheese
  • 0 pinchSalt and Pepper to Taste
  • 0 tablespoonButter for greasing

Instructions

    Boil some water in the kettle. Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees celsius

    Grease a ramekin. Layer ramekin with salmon, cheddar and cream. Break an egg into the ramekin

    Place ramekin onto a baking dish. Pour boiling water until it reaches midway on the sides of the ramekin.

    Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the whites are set and yolk is slightly runny
