Ingredients

  • 4sour apples (570 - 600 g total)
  • 15 tspmaple syrup
  • 0Cinnamon for sprinkling

Instructions

    Core the apples, cut into quarters.

    Slice each quarter, place the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

    Brush the slices with maple syrup and bake in the oven at 200C for about 25 minutes until slightly browned at the edges.

    Cool the baked apples, and if desired, sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
