
Spicy Korean cucumber salad
This is my take on Maangchi’s spicy cucumber salad. I love how easy and delicious this is. We can put this together last minute and have on the table in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 pcsEnglish Cucumber
- 0.25 cupYellow Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pcsScallions, thinly sliced
- 2 clovesMinced Garlic
- 2 tbspHEYDOH Classic Soy Sauce
- 3 tspKorean Chili Pepper Flakes (Gochugaru)
- 2 tsptoasted sesame oil
- 2 tspToasted Sesame Seeds
- 1 teaspoongranulated sugar

Cut the cucumber lengthwise in half and cut diagonally into thin slices. slice cucumbers

Put the cucumber into a large bowl. Add the onion, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, hot pepper flakes, toasted sesame oil, sesame seeds, and sugar.Spicy Korean cucumber salad (oimuchim: 오이무침)

Mix it well with a spoon until the sugar is well dissolved.
