
Slow Cooker Pork Chops
Tender slow cooker pork chops cooked in a creamy onion gravy with garlic and simple seasonings. An easy, comforting dinner with minimal hands-on prep
Ingredients
- 4pork chops (bone-in or boneless, about 1-inch thick)
- 1 can(10.5 oz cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup)
- 1packet dry onion soup mix
- 1 cupLow Sodium Chicken Broth
- 2 tbspOlive Oil
- 3 cloveGarlic, minced
- 1 tspGround Paprika
- 0.5 tspGround Black Pepper
- 0.25 tspSalt
- 1 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
- 1 mediumOnion, sliced
- 2 tbspCornstarch, for thickening optional
- Cold water ( for cornstarch slurry), as needed

Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Sear in olive oil for about 2 minutes per side. This step is optional.

Place sliced onion in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Place pork chops over the onions.

Whisk together soup, chicken broth, onion soup mix, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.

Pour the mixture over the pork chops.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the pork reaches 145°F.

Remove pork chops and rest for 5 minutes.

For thicker gravy, mix cornstarch with cold water and stir into the slow cooker. Cook on HIGH for about 10 minutes.
