I can’t wait for corn season so we can make this easy and delicious shrimp boil recipe. Much better with head-on shrimps!

Ingredients
- 0.5 cupOld Bay Seasoning
- 2 tablespoonFine Sea Salt
- 12 ounceBeer
- 8Medium Red Potatoes
- 4 quartwater
- 2large yellow onions, cut into wedges
- 2 poundsmoked sausage
- 8fresh corn on the cob
- 4 poundlarge shrimps
Instructions

In an 8-quart stock pot, bring Old Bay, salt, water and beer to a boil.

Add potatoes and onions. Cook over high heat for 8 minutes.

Add smoked sausage. Cook on high for 5 minutes.

Add corn and cook for another 7 minutes.

Add shrimps and cook for 4 more minutes.

Use a ladle to move everything into a large serving platter or bowl. Serve wi the extra Old Bay, hot sauce or butter.
