I can’t wait for corn season so we can make this easy and delicious shrimp boil recipe. Much better with head-on shrimps!

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cupOld Bay Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoonFine Sea Salt
  • 12 ounceBeer
  • 8Medium Red Potatoes
  • 4 quartwater
  • 2large yellow onions, cut into wedges
  • 2 poundsmoked sausage
  • 8fresh corn on the cob
  • 4 poundlarge shrimps

Instructions

    In an 8-quart stock pot, bring Old Bay, salt, water and beer to a boil.

    Add potatoes and onions. Cook over high heat for 8 minutes.

    Add smoked sausage. Cook on high for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add corn and cook for another 7 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add shrimps and cook for 4 more minutes.

    Use a ladle to move everything into a large serving platter or bowl. Serve wi the extra Old Bay, hot sauce or butter.
