Ingredients
- 4 pcsboneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tspHeray saffron threads
- 0.25 cupwarm water
- 2 tbspvegetable oil
- 1 pcsonion, chopped
- 2 clovesgarlic, minced
- 1 tbspgrated ginger
- 1 cupchicken broth
- 0.25 cupplain yogurt
- 2 tbspchopped fresh cilantro

Soak saffron threads in 1/4 cup of warm water for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown, then remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté onion, garlic, and ginger for 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.

Add chicken broth, saffron water, and yogurt, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
