- 1 teaspoontoasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoonminced garlic
- 1 teaspoontoasted sesame seeds
- salt

In a pan, boil enough water to cover the spinach. Blanch the spinach for 1 minute.

Wash the blanched spinach in cold water and drain as much water as possible.

In a big bowl, toss the spinach with garlic, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Sprinkle a salt to taste.
