
Oven-Baked Crispy Wings
I love wings and sometimes I just crave a big plate of crispy wings. Here is a proven recipe after many tries. it’s a great base recipe for crispy wings and you can add whatever sauce you like. I especially love that wire rack is not required because cleaning it makes me cry.
Ingredients
- 2 poundChicken Wings
- 3 tablespoonBaking Powder
- 2 teaspoonground Black Peppercorn
- 1 teaspoonFine Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoonOnion Powder
- 1 teaspoonGarlic Powder
- 1 teaspoonGround Paprika
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment.

Make sure you dry the wings really well because it is crucial to having crispy wings!

Mix all ingredients in a big bowl, along with the dried wings. I recommend massaging the dried spices into the wings.

Bake for 1 hour at 425 degrees and flip the wings every 20 min or so.

Increase temperature to 450 and bake for 5 additional minutes until the wings are charred and crispy.

Toss with your favorite sauce or seasoning and serve.
