- 2 tbspGarlic
- 2 tbspGinger
- 3 tbspSoy Sauce
- 2 tbspFish Sauce
- 2 tbspSugar
- 2 tbspGround Black Pepper
- 2 tbspLemon Juice
- 2 tbspCooking Oil

Clean and pat dry the chicken pieces. Cut the lemongrass white part in approximately 1.5 inches length. Bruise the lemongrass with the back of the knife to release the aroma. Marinate the chicken pieces with minced garlic, minced ginger, lemongrass, soy sauce, fish sauce, pepper, sugar, and lemon juice. Marinate it for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.

In a pot, add the cooking oil. Then put the marinated chicken pieces in the cooking pot.
