Ingredients

  • 1 poundShiitake mushroom, sliced
  • 1 teaspoonminced garlic
  • 2 tablespoonChinese cooking wine
  • 1scallion, thinly sliced
  • HEYDOH Classic Soy Sauce

Instructions

    Heat a pan over medium high heat. Once it's hot, add the shiitake mushrooms, sesame oil, scallions, and garlic. Saute for about 3 to 4 minutes until the mushrooms soften and release some liquid.

    Drizzle in Chinese cooking wine to deglaze the pan. Turn off heat and finish with a drizzle of the Heydoh Classic Soy Sauce to taste.
