Ingredients

- 1scallion, chopped
- 1 teaspoonminced ginger
- 1 tablespoonKorean pepper flakes
- 0.25 cupKorean hot pepper paste
- 2 tablespoonssugar
- 1 tablespoontoasted sesame oil
- 1 poundChicken thighs, boneless skinless
Instructions

Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Mix well to combine.

Add the chicken and mix well by hand to marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
