Ingredients

  • 2minced garlic cloves
  • 1scallion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoonminced ginger
  • 1 tablespoonKorean pepper flakes
  • 0.25 cupKorean hot pepper paste
  • 2 tablespoonssugar
  • 1 tablespoontoasted sesame oil
  • 1 poundChicken thighs, boneless skinless

Instructions

    Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Mix well to combine.

    Add the chicken and mix well by hand to marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Preheat oven to 400 degree F and bake the chicken for 20 minutes.
