  • 2 largeapples, cored , peeled, chopped
  • 2dates, pitted
  • 1 cupUnsweetened Soy Milk
  • 0.5 cupplain yoghurt of your choice
  • 0.5 cupoats
  • 2 tbspchia seeds
  • 0.5 tspcinnamon
  • 0.25 tspcardamon

Instructions

    Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Note: If not consuming right away omit chia seeds and stir in later, depending on the desired consistency.
