Ingredients
- 1 pounddaikon radish, cut into thin matchsticks
- 1 tablespoonKorean pepper flakes
- 2minced garlic cloves
- 1scallion, chopped
- 2 tablespoonsfish sauce
- 2 tablespoonstoasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoontoasted sesame seeds

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well by hand, until everything is well incorporated and the radishes look shiny.
