Ingredients

  • 0.25 cupDry Quinoa (or 1/2 cup cooked quinoa)
  • 0.5 cupOat Flour
  • 1.5 tablespoonsCocoa Powder
  • 2 pcsEggs
  • 0.5 cupWhole Milk
  • 2 tbspMaple Syrup
  • 2 tbspAlmond Butter
  • 1 teaspoonVanilla Extract
  • 2 tspBaking Soda (Sodium bicarbonate)
  • 0.25 teaspoonFine Sea Salt
  • 1 handfulChocolate Chips
  • 1 tbspUnsalted Butter

Instructions

    Blend all of the ingredients except chocolate chips together until smooth to make your batter.

    Grease a skillet with butter and pour out about a 1/4 cup of batter.

    Add chocolate chips to the batter while it cooks. Flip when the batter starts to bubble.

    Cook for another 30 seconds or so until the pancake is cooked through.

    Enjoy with extra chocolate chips or maple syrup.
