
Chinese Stir-fry Snow Peas
This is a great side vegetable to complement heavier dishes like the 3 cup chicken. Easy, quick and delicious way to use the most common Asian ingredients.

Ingredients
- 3 pcsGarlic, sliced
- 1 tablespoonMinced Ginger
- 2 tablespoontoasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoonOyster Sauce
- 0.5 pcsYellow Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 poundSnow Peas, trimmed
- 1 pinchFine Sea Salt

Heat a large sauce pan in medium heat until hot. Pour in the sesame oil and heat until fragrant.

Add the garlic, ginger and sliced onion to sauté for about 3 to 5 minutes. They should be softened and translucent.

Turn hear on high. Add the trimmed snow pea and sprinkle salt. Mix and let it cook for a couple of minutes.

Splash some cooking wine and mix. Cook for about 5 more minutes and taste to make sure the snow peas are done.

Add the oyster sauce and quickly mix to make sure the flavors are incorporated.

Spinkle sesame seeds and serve immediately.
