Chicken Seekh Kebab

Chicken Seekh Kebab

Chicken Seekh Kebab, or kabab, are flavorful ground meat croquettes, seasoned with warm Indian spices. This particular recipe is easy to put together. I used 4 skewers in the photo but I think it wouldn have been more manageable if I had used 6 or 8.
