Ingredients
- 1 lbground turkey, lean
- 1 cOnion, diced
- 1 cGreen Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 cRed Bell Pepper, diced
- 15 ounceblack beans (can)
- 15 ouncekidney beans (can)
- 14.5 ouncetomatoes, diced
- 8 ozWhole Kernel Corn (can)
- 1 cupsalsa
- 1 tablespoonGround Cumin
- 1 tablespoonBrown Sugar
- 2 TBSPMinced Onion
- 1 teaspoonOnion Powder
- 1 teaspoonTurmeric
- 0.5 teaspoonSalt
- 0.5 teaspoonSugar
- 0.25 teaspoonGround Black Peppercorn

1. Saute onion first, then peppers: Heat oil in a LARGE soup pot. Over medium high heat, saute onion until softened, then add peppers.

2.Brown meat: Add ground turkey to the veggies and cook until there are no pink spots.

3.Add everything else to the pot and simmer: add the beans, tomato, corn, salsa, and spices to the pot, stirring well until combined. Allow to heat thoroughly, until simmering.
