- 1 lbBroccoli
- 4 tbspKorean Red Pepper Paste (Gochujang)
- 2 cloveGarlic
- 2 tbspLemon Juice
- 2 tbspSugar
- 1 tbspRice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbspKorean Chili Pepper Flakes (Gochugaru)
- 4 tbspSesame Oil
- 1 tspSoy Sauce
- 2 tbspToasted Sesame Seeds
- 0.5 tbspSalt

Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Clean them under running water. Then put them in a pot of boiling water. Sprinkle some salt. Boil for about 3 minutes.

Then, put the broccoli in a bowl of icy cold water for an ice bath.
