Asian Style Meatballs

This is an easy recipe perfect for meal planning or just to have on hand. This recipe makes roughly 18 meatballs when measured with a tablespoon.

Ingredients

  • 1 poundground chicken
  • 2large garlic clove, grated
  • 2 tablespoonscilantro root, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoonHEYDOH Classic Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoonoyster sauce
  • 0.25 cupbreadcrumbs

Instructions

    Put all ingredients in a medium size ball and mix until combined.

    I used a tablespoon to scoop out each of my meatball and shape them by hand. This is to make sure they are all roughly the same size.

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and bake for 10 minutes. Flip meatballs half way through to make sure they are cooked evenly.

    These can be served right away or packed up for later.
