Ingredients
- 3Apple, peeled and diced
- 2 tbspButter
- 0.33 cupBrown Sugar
- 1 tspcinnamon
- 0.25 tspnutmeg
- 1 tspvanilla
- 1 tbspLemon Juice
- 1 tbspCornstarch
- 2 tbspWater
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 cansrefrigerated biscuits
- 1 stickButter, melted
- 1 cupWhite Sugar
- 1 tbspcinnamon

Make the apple filling: Cook diced apples with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and salt for 6–8 minutes. Mix cornstarch with water and stir it in. Cook 1–2 more minutes until thick. Stir in vanilla and let cool.

Make the cinnamon sugar: Mix the white sugar and cinnamon together.

Prepare the biscuits: Open each biscuit in half, creating two thinner pieces.

Build the layers: Dip each biscuit half in melted butter, then coat it in the cinnamon sugar. Place the pieces into a greased loaf pan, layering them with the apple filling between sections.
